Software shortlist
Best Business Software in Tunisia (2026)
This page compares 11 business software vendors that Tunisian companies meet when they look for an ERP, a CRM, a mobile ordering tool or a tender-alert service. It is written for owners, finance leads and purchasing managers in Tunisian SMEs and mid-sized firms. Each vendor sits under its main product line, and none is ranked.
Who this list is for
Use it if you run a company in Tunisia and need to shortlist software before you book demos. A bakery supplier with one warehouse needs something different from a manufacturer with three plants, several buyers and an export desk. The list helps you see which vendors cover accounting and stock, which cover selling, and which cover the decisions around buying.
How we compared
We compared vendors on stated criteria, using public vendor sites and listings only. We did not test any product, and we do not give scores or ranks.
- Product scope: what the vendor says it covers, such as sales, purchasing, stock, CRM or tender search.
- Deployment: cloud, on-premise or both, and whether the vendor says where data is hosted.
- Language and currency: French and Arabic support, and dinar pricing.
- Local compliance: TTN and El Fatoora e-invoicing, VAT and withholding tax.
- Commercial model: subscription, lifetime licence or quote on request, as stated by the vendor.

Where Millisave fits
Millisave is built in Tunisia by Millisave Consult in Monastir. For this list the relevant product is Source to Pay. It follows one purchase from request to payment: the approver sees the available budget before signing, an RFQ or RFP goes to invited suppliers, offers are compared on one basis, and accepting an offer creates the draft purchase order. AI drafts RFP questionnaires, matches suppliers and groups similar requests. The AI proposes, and people decide.
Two limits are worth knowing. The Millisave interface is available in English and French today, and Arabic is described as coming. El Fatoora e-invoicing is not described in Millisave documentation, so confirm it with the team if invoicing compliance drives your choice. Millisave can sit beside a Tunisian ERP rather than replace it.
The wider platform is modular: Send to Order for quotes and campaigns, the Digital Catalog, the Sales Engine, the CRM and a steering pack with dashboards. You can start with one pack. Ask for a walk-through at millisave.com/request-for-demo.
How to choose
Start from the pain, not the product list. If your books and stock are the problem, a commercial management ERP is the natural start. If sales follow-up is the problem, look at the CRM and mobile selling tools. If purchasing is where margin leaks, look for budget control, structured offers and approvals. Then ask each vendor for a written quote based on your users and modules, a hosting statement, and a reference in your sector.
Questions to ask in a demo
- Build a purchase order and a sales invoice from your own price list, in French.
- Show how a TTN or El Fatoora invoice is produced and who maintains that connection.
- Explain where the data is hosted and how a backup is restored.
- Give the support hours, the support language and the response channel.
- State how version upgrades are charged, if at all.
Region note: Tunisia
Tunisian buyers usually need French or Arabic screens, dinar invoicing and VAT handling, and a support team in the same time zone. Several vendors above price in dinars and say so on their sites. Check e-invoicing status directly with each vendor, because requirements and vendor releases change.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of business software do Tunisian vendors sell?
Tunisian vendors on this list sell commercial management and ERP suites covering stock, purchases, sales and invoicing, a cloud CRM, a mobile B2B ordering app and a public tender alert service. Most ERPs bundle several functions, while specialist tools cover one task. Choosing starts with whether your main problem is records, selling, buying decisions or finding new tenders.
Which Tunisian software mentions El Fatoora e-invoicing?
On their own pages, Swifto ERP mentions El Fatoora e-invoicing, Megasoft ERP mentions TTN invoicing, and Lexa ERP sells El Fatoora e-invoicing as a separate feature. Millisave documentation does not describe El Fatoora support, so confirm it with the Millisave team. Always verify the current status with each vendor before buying.
Is there a CRM designed for Tunisian SMEs?
Wizio CRM presents itself as designed for Tunisian businesses, with leads, opportunities, a visual pipeline, tasks and team dashboards. Several Tunisian ERPs, including Lexa ERP, Axes ERP and Megasoft ERP, also include a CRM module. Millisave CRM adds stage probabilities, a forecast gap and AI alerts when a deal goes quiet.
How does Millisave differ from a Tunisian ERP?
An ERP records transactions. Millisave Source to Pay focuses on the buying decision: it shows the available budget at approval, compares supplier offers on one basis and uses AI that proposes while people decide. It can sit beside an ERP. The interface is in English and French today, with Arabic described as coming.
Does this page list vendor prices?
No. Prices change and often depend on users and modules. Some vendors publish them, for example Lexa ERP shows dinar prices on its own site, while others quote per company, as Millisave does for most packs. Ask each shortlisted vendor for a written quote based on your own user count and the modules you need.
