Software shortlist
Best Business Software in Egypt (2026)
Egyptian companies can choose from a deep local market: Arabic-first ERPs, sales force tools for distributors, CRMs and a B2B ordering marketplace. This list gathers 12 of those vendors, grouped by what each mainly does, so that owners and sales or finance managers can build a shortlist. It is a comparison on stated criteria, not a ranking.
Who this list is for
It suits Egyptian manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers who want to replace spreadsheets or add selling and purchasing tools. It also helps teams outside Egypt who need to understand local alternatives before entering the market. Founders choosing a first system will find the smaller cloud suites; operations heads at distributors will find the van sales and route tools. A group with an Egyptian subsidiary can also use the list to see what the local team may already run, which makes integration and data-sharing questions easier to ask.
How we compared
Every statement comes from the vendor's own public pages or a named listing. We did not trial the products. The criteria were:
- Main job: ERP, CRM, field sales, ordering marketplace or sourcing.
- Arabic and English interfaces, as claimed by the vendor.
- ETA e-invoicing or e-receipt support, where the vendor mentions it.
- Deployment: cloud, on-premise, or mobile-first.
- Target customer, such as FMCG distributors, real estate brokers or general SMEs.
We do not quote prices, and we do not rate quality.

Where Millisave fits
For a sales-led company the Millisave product to look at is Send to Order. It covers quotes, campaigns by email and by WhatsApp Business templates, and a shareable e-catalogue with an AI-generated banner. An AI campaign assistant proposes segments and drafts, and a person approves what goes out. Sales Engine and the CRM sit on the same platform when you want prospecting and deal follow-up as well.
Be direct about fit: Egypt is not among the markets Millisave names today, the interface is English and French with Arabic described as coming, and budgets support TND, EUR, USD, GBP and SAR rather than EGP. If those points matter, ask before you plan a rollout. Millisave does not describe ETA e-invoicing or van sales with offline mode. A distributor who sells from a van should weigh those gaps against the tools above.
To see the platform, request a demo at millisave.com/request-for-demo.
How to choose
Match the tool to the way you sell. Route-based distributors need van sales, stock on the truck and proof of delivery. Project or service sellers need a CRM with a pipeline. Retailers who buy from many producers may prefer a marketplace to a software licence. Whatever you choose, ask for ETA e-invoicing evidence in writing and for a reference customer with a company of your size.
Questions to ask in a demo
- Issue an invoice in Arabic and submit it through the ETA connection with your own tax registration.
- Show one sale made offline on a phone and then synchronised.
- List which reports exist in Arabic and which only in English.
- Explain how the system handles several currencies and exchange-rate updates.
- Name the local support team and its working hours.
Region note: Egypt
Local vendors describe Arabic screens, Egyptian pound pricing and ETA integration on their own sites, while international vendors usually describe broader suites. Verify each claim in a demo. Several of the suites here also mention Gulf customers, which matters if you sell across borders.

Frequently asked questions
Which Egyptian business software is Arabic-first?
Zemam ERP from Smartly Coded and Daftra both describe Arabic and English interfaces, and WhatsArab is an Arabic-first WhatsApp Business platform made in Egypt. Namasoft sells the Nama ERP suite in the Arab region. Check each vendor for the Arabic features you need, such as reports, invoice templates and right-to-left screens.
Is there Egyptian software for van sales and distributors?
Yes. Tawrida targets FMCG and agri-business distributors and exporters with van sales, route coverage, inventory, invoicing and export documents. SalesBuzz from BI-Technologies in New Cairo offers mobile sales force automation with van sales and ERP integrations. Both focus on field work that general office tools rarely handle well.
Does Millisave support Egypt?
Egypt is not among the markets Millisave names today. The interface is English and French, Arabic is described as coming, and budgets support TND, EUR, USD, GBP and SAR. Ask the Millisave team about availability, Arabic and Egyptian pound support before planning a rollout in Egypt.
Which Egyptian vendors mention ETA e-invoicing?
Optify ERP, Zemam ERP, Namasoft and Daftra each mention ETA submission or e-invoice features on their own sites. Features and rules change, so ask the vendor to show the current integration working with your tax registration before you sign. Millisave does not describe ETA e-invoicing in its documentation.
Is there a B2B ordering marketplace in Egypt?
Cartona is an Egyptian B2B marketplace where retailers browse and order from FMCG producers and wholesalers, with supplier tools and embedded finance. A marketplace gives reach to many buyers. Software such as Millisave Send to Order instead lets a company run its own quotes, campaigns and e-catalogue.
