Software shortlist

Best Business Software in the Middle East (2026)

4 min read

This list covers 13 vendors headquartered in the Gulf, Jordan and Turkey: procurement platforms, accounting and e-invoicing suites, ERPs, CRMs and a field sales tool. It is aimed at finance, purchasing and operations leaders who buy for companies in the region. Vendors appear under their main product line, and the order inside a group is not a ranking.

Who this list is for

Use it if you are choosing software for a company in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan or Turkey, or for a business that sells into those markets from elsewhere. It is also useful for a regional head office that needs to compare a local vendor against a global platform before a group-wide decision. Smaller firms can read the same page to see where one vendor ends and the next begins, because the product lines differ more than the marketing suggests: accounting tools record, marketplaces connect, sourcing platforms run events, and CRMs follow people.

How we compared

We used public vendor pages and listings only, and we did not run any trial. Criteria:

  • Main product line and typical customer, such as retailers, contractors or enterprises.
  • Arabic and English support, as the vendor states it.
  • Local e-invoicing: ZATCA Phase 2 in Saudi Arabia, or Turkish e-document services.
  • Whether the product is a marketplace, a software licence or a managed service.
  • AI features the vendor claims, noted as claims rather than results.

Where Millisave fits

For buyers in the Gulf the relevant product is Source to Pay, because Millisave serves Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar among its markets and supports SAR in budgets. A request is approved against the available budget, sent as an RFQ or RFP to invited suppliers, and compared on one basis. Accepting an offer creates a draft purchase order, and receipts, bills and payments follow it. AI drafts questionnaires and explains trade-offs between offers, while people take every decision.

Millisave is not a marketplace and not an accounting package. It does not replace ZATCA e-invoicing, and the interface is English and French with Arabic described as coming. Its design goal is margin: better buying decisions around the system that records the transactions. Other packs, from Send to Order to the CRM and steering dashboards, can be added later. How to choose

Decide first whether you need a place to buy or software to run your own buying. A marketplace such as Tradeling or BRKZ brings you suppliers and sometimes credit. A sourcing platform such as Penny, Promena or Inception runs your RFQs and tenders. Accounting suites such as Wafeq and Qoyod handle invoices and tax. Ask each shortlisted vendor to demonstrate the exact workflow you run today with your own sample data.

Questions to ask in a demo

  • Run a purchase request from approval to supplier payment using your own approval chain.
  • Show the Arabic and English versions of the same document side by side.
  • Explain how e-invoicing is generated for the country you operate in.
  • Describe how supplier or customer data is hosted, and in which country.
  • Say which features are in the base price and which are add-ons.

Region note: Middle East

The region is not one market. Saudi buyers care about ZATCA e-invoicing, Turkish buyers about e-document rules, and Jordanian field sales teams about Arabic and English screens. Multinational groups should check data hosting and support hours per country.

Frequently asked questions

Which Middle East vendors offer source-to-pay or e-sourcing?

Penny Software from Riyadh, Promena from Istanbul and Inception (In)Business Procurement from Abu Dhabi are the procurement and sourcing platforms on this list. BRKZ and Tradeling are marketplaces with RFQ flows rather than software a company runs itself. Millisave Source to Pay is a global platform that serves Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar.

Which Saudi software supports ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?

Wafeq, an accounting platform from Riyadh, states ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing support, and Qoyod lists e-invoicing among its cloud accounting features. Millisave is not an accounting or e-invoicing package and does not replace one. Confirm the current ZATCA phase and integration status with the vendor before you commit.

Is there field sales software from Jordan?

Repzo is a Jordanian cloud platform for field sales teams, with GPS visit tracking, route planning, order taking and dashboards. Mozon, based in Amman, sells an ERP that includes a cash van sales module in Arabic and English. Both fit teams that sell from routes rather than from an office.

Does Millisave work in the Gulf?

Millisave names Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar among its markets, and budgets support SAR. The interface is English and French today, and Arabic is described as coming. Millisave does not replace ZATCA e-invoicing, so many Gulf buyers would run it beside their accounting system.

What Turkish business software is included?

Logo Software offers ERP, B2B order management, CRM and e-invoicing. Uyumsoft, based in Istanbul, offers ERP, CRM and Turkish e-document services. DinamikCRM is a cloud CRM, and Promena is a sourcing and tender platform. Check Turkish-language support and local e-document coverage with each vendor.
