Millisave vs ZoomInfo: Prospecting by Product Fit
ZoomInfo and Millisave Sales Engine both help a sales team decide which companies to approach. They begin from opposite ends. ZoomInfo begins with a very large database of B2B contacts and companies and layers intent signals and workflows on top. Sales Engine begins with what you sell: it reads each product, proposes who buys it, and scores companies against that description.
What ZoomInfo sells
ZoomInfo describes itself as an all-in-one AI go-to-market platform that pairs B2B data with AI agents and integrations. Its site lists ZoomInfo Copilot, a GTM Workspace, GTM Studio for workflows built on buying signals, and products for sales, marketing (account-based marketing), talent and operations, plus data as a service and an API. Capabilities named include contact and company search, buyer intent, website visitor tracking, sales automation, conversation intelligence and CRM enrichment. The audience is sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success and recruiting teams. ZoomInfo's own site gives its location as Vancouver, Washington, in the United States.
What Millisave Sales Engine does
A Sales Engine search takes three steps. First the user picks one or many products from the catalogue. Second, the user checks what the AI understood: the sectors that buy, the buyer roles and the countries are shown, and the user unticks what is wrong and adds what is missing; the corrected version is saved for future searches. Third, the user works a ranked list. There are no data sources to choose and no filters to learn.

How the rest of the Millisave platform adds up
Qualified companies from Sales Engine arrive in the same account as the CRM, where the team works pipelines and forecasts. Sales & Marketing turns warm companies into campaigns by email and WhatsApp, and shares an e-catalogue. Digital Catalog is the catalogue Sales Engine starts from, and the same catalogue serves Source to Pay. The AI proposes and explains each score; people decide who to call.
Who should choose which
Choose ZoomInfo if your team needs a broad data and signals platform shared by sales, marketing and recruiting, and you want to build workflows across all of them. Choose Millisave Sales Engine if you sell products to companies in defined sectors, want to see a transparent fit score before spending anything on contacts, and want the result to land directly in a CRM and campaign tool. Geographic and industry coverage is the main thing to test: ask both vendors to run your products in your target countries, using the Millisave demo for the Millisave side.

Frequently asked questions
How is Millisave Sales Engine different from ZoomInfo?
ZoomInfo starts from a large B2B database with intent signals and workflows. Sales Engine starts from your products: it proposes which sectors, buyer roles and countries buy them, searches the Millisave B2B directory, and scores companies from 0 to 100 on fit, before any contact data is spent.
What is a Fit score in Millisave?
The Fit score is a number from 0 to 100 showing how closely a company matches the buyer of the product. It uses no contact information. By default the points go to industry, product, location, customer similarity and buyer role. A score of 75 or more is Hot, 50 to 74 Warm, and under 50 Cold.
How do contact credits work in Sales Engine?
Plans pay for finding and scoring companies. One contact credit is spent per decision maker unlocked, only for companies the user chooses. Credits can be bought as pay as you go or in packs valid for 12 months. If a lookup fails for a technical reason, there is no charge.
Can I use Sales Engine without the rest of Millisave?
Yes. Sales Engine has its own plans, Starter, Growth and Scale, and can be used on its own. If the company later adds CRM, campaigns or purchasing, they live in the same account, and the qualified companies land in the same pipeline without re-entering products.
