Sales Engine
Stop buying lead lists. Start from what you sell.
Most B2B prospecting starts in the wrong place. A team buys a list filtered by country, sector and company size, then spends weeks discovering that most of those companies will never need what it sells. The list was built around who exists. It should have been built around who buys.
Why filtered lists disappoint
A sector code tells you what a company is, not what it consumes. Two food companies in the same city can have completely different packaging, maintenance or raw-material needs. When the starting point is a generic filter, your sales team does the real qualification work by hand: calling, checking websites, guessing who decides. That is where weeks disappear.
There is a second problem. Bought lists repeat. Run the same filters next quarter and you get mostly the same companies, already called, already ignored.
Start from the product, not the filter
The better question is: who would buy this specific product, and who inside that company decides? Answering it properly means reading the product the way a buyer would. A corrugated box is bought by food processors, pharmaceutical labs and e-commerce warehouses, and the person deciding is usually a purchasing or plant manager.
That is the job Millisave Sales Engine does first. You pick a product from your catalog, and the engine writes down its AI understanding: the sectors likely to buy it, the buyer roles that decide, and the countries you sell to. Only then does it search.
Correct the AI before it searches
An AI reading of your product is a starting point, not a verdict. Every item in the AI understanding can be unticked, and you can add your own. If you know that printing houses never buy your boxes, untick them. If you sell well to cosmetics brands, add them.
The corrected version is saved per product and reused by every later search. You set it once, and your whole team benefits. On the Growth and Scale plans you can edit it; Starter shows it read-only.
Clone the customers you already have
Your best existing customer is the most precise description of your next one. In Sales Engine you can choose a customer to clone, and the engine looks for companies that resemble it. That similarity becomes part of each company's score, so lookalikes rise to the top of the list.
Get only companies you haven't seen
On Growth and Scale, each search returns new companies only: a company already delivered for a product will not be delivered again for that product. Every list is fresh pipeline rather than a reshuffle of last month's.
Qualify before you pay for contacts
Here is where most prospecting tools get expensive: you pay for contact details on companies you would never call. Sales Engine separates the two steps. Every company is scored on Fit from 0 to 100 using no contact data at all, and companies at 50 or above are marked as qualified. You then unlock the decision maker only for the companies you actually want to contact, one contact credit each. If the lookup fails for a technical reason, there is no charge.
A simple routine that works
- Monday: launch one search per product you want to push this month.
- Review the AI understanding the first time for each product. Ten minutes here saves days later.
- Unlock the Hot companies first (Fit 75 and above) that also have good Reachability.
- Move Warm companies (50 to 74) into a follow-up campaign instead of calling them cold.
- Repeat next week. New companies only means the list keeps growing instead of repeating.
Prospecting is not a volume game. It is a precision game, and precision starts with what you sell.
