Delete your Millisave account

Use this page to ask Millisave to delete your Millisave account and the personal data linked to it. It covers the Millisave app for iOS and Android and the same account on the Millisave web platform. You do not need to sign in, or to have the app installed, to make a request.

To request deletion, email privacy@millisave.com. The steps are below. Our team handles each request by email.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@millisave.com.
  2. Use the subject "Account deletion request".
  3. Send it from the email address registered on your Millisave account.
  4. In the message, write your full name and the name of your company. If you can no longer sign in, say so.

Who can ask

  • The account holder can ask, by following the steps above.
  • Your company administrator can also send a request for your account, for example when you leave the company.

How we check it is you

We check that the request comes from the email address registered on the account. If we are not sure, or if you cannot use that address, we may ask you for more information or confirm with your company administrator first. We do not delete an account until we are confident that the request is genuine.

What we delete

  • Your personal profile data, such as your name, contact details and photo, is deleted or anonymised.
  • Your sign-in sessions are ended, so you can no longer sign in to the app or the web platform with that account.

What we keep

  • Business records that your company owns, for example orders and quotations, stay with your company in its Millisave workspace. Your name on those records is shown as "Former user".
  • Legal and audit records, and records we need for security, are kept for as long as the law or that purpose requires.

What to expect

We confirm by email that we received your request, and we tell you by email when your account has been deleted. We also tell your company administrator about the request. We handle requests as quickly as we reasonably can.
